In order to grow your
leadership title, you must meet all of the requirements within the same
Campaign. As you advance in title, your percentage of team sales bonus grows,
and you get the opportunity for more leads, nested Avon representatives and, if
you stay within the time guidelines, bonuses from the Jump Start program.

How much
money can you make in Avon Leadership?
Unit Leader Plus and National Executive Unit Leader are new
titles, and we do not currently have the data to give annual averages on those
titles. The Average Annual Earnings from each title as of 2013 are:
Unit Leader: $1,500
Advanced Unit Leader: $7,500
Executive Unit Leader: $19,500
Senior Executive Unit Leader: $79,000
