Looking for a way to make more money from Avon? Avon Leadership grows your income opportunity! To earn Avon Leadership, you start your own Avon team, recruiting and signing up new Avon Representatives to sell. You will train, lead and motivate your team to grow and do well and have their own success stories. The more your Avon team sells, the more money you will make with Avon Leadership. The more you help your team, and help your team members join leadership, the more you will move up in leadership. The higher up you grow in leadership, more more sales bonus you will receive for your team sales!

Avon Sales Leadership offers six levels of opportunity

In order to grow your leadership title, you must meet all of the requirements within the same Campaign. As you advance in title, your percentage of team sales bonus grows, and you get the opportunity for more leads, nested Avon representatives and, if you stay within the time guidelines, bonuses from the Jump Start program.

Executive Unit Leader

Personal Sales of $300+

First Generation Sales from 20+ memebers

Titled Sales Leaders of 4+

Unit Sales of $17,500

Level 5

Senior Executive Unit Leader

Person Sales of $350+

First Generation Sales from 20+ members

Titled Sales Leaders of 6+, with at least 1 at EUL or higher

Unit Sales of $35,000

Level 6

National Executive Unit Leader

Personal Sales of $350+

First Generation Sales from 20+ members

Titled Sales Leaders of 6+, with at least 2 at EUL or higher

Unit Sales of $150,000

How much money can you make in Avon Leadership?

Unit Leader Plus and National Executive Unit Leader are new titles, and we do not currently have the data to give annual averages on those titles. The Average Annual Earnings from each title as of 2013 are:

Unit Leader: $1,500

Advanced Unit Leader: $7,500

Executive Unit Leader: $19,500

Senior Executive Unit Leader: $79,000
