Avon Star Program Timeline

The Avon Star Award program runs from Campaign 16 through the end of the year, Campaign 26.

Earning Stars

Avon representatives will earn stars through personal sales, adding new representatives to their team, and helping others achieve leadership by sharing their Avon story and starting their own downline.

Plan Your Stars

In the Avon Star Award Portal, you can view the catalog of rewards, and create a Dream Board. Go ahead and get started! The rewards are so exciting, and selecting what you want from each Breakthrough level is the start of the fun. Set your Dream Board, and visit it often to motivate you to reach your dreams!

Each Campaign, review your Dream Board, and the stars you have collected. Find your highest goal, look at how many more stars you need, and divide that by the number of Campaigns left for an average of how many stars you need each Campaign. Plan out what you will do to reach that goal!

Team up with other representatives and work together on ideas, events and recruiting. Don’t miss your local team meetings, and talk about your progress and ideas to grow.

How to make more money with Avon

Want to make more money with your Avon business?

Are you an Avon representative looking to build a larger monthly income? In Avon’s Leadership program, you have the opportunity to earn bonuses for every campaign, and bonuses for every new representative that signs up under you. Talk to others about your own Avon story; inform them of the exciting earning opportunities Avon offers. Sign up those interested in earning extra income, and provide them with guidance to build their own business.

Avon and recruitment

Do you feel like Avon as a company places a lot of value on recruitment and team building? Avon does value recruitment and retention! That is why you see so many wonderful incentives for growing your own team. Earning those fun prizes is great, but the other thing great about recruitment: Leadership is where the money is! Isn’t that where you would like to be? I know many representatives become frustrated with the focus of leadership and team building. Several representatives would prefer not to take part in Avon Leadership, which is fine, and would prefer to focus on sales. If you chose to join Avon to make money, and the biggest opportunity to earn money is with leadership; why would you not jump in and really grow? One of the most personally rewarding parts of being a part of the Avon community is helping others through training and encouragement to reach, and in many cases, surpass their goals. In leadership you will grow in confidence, you will learn more about Avon (others come up with questions you would have never thought of on your own!), and you may just surprise yourself in personal development – the longer you are in leadership, the more of a Leader you will become.

Like mentioned earlier, Avon has many wonderful incentives for growing your own team. In 2014, I have earned a flat screen television, beautiful Swarovski jewelry, a pop corn machine, an Apple iPad, a trip to Orlando and a Kuerig brewing machine. By continually adding to my team, and encouraging team members to do well, I have doubled my monthly Avon income.

Jump Start with Avon

Every Avon representative can sign up recruits to become anAvon rep online! Every representative has their own unique Avon Reference Code for online sign ups. For example, my Avon eRep store web address is www.youravon.com/reneemoreau so my Avon Reference Code is reneemoreau. When you sign a new representative up online, they will be able to select the Basic Starter kit or the Deluxe Starter kit, and they will receive the starter kit selected in the mail within 3-5 business days.

When your new representative submits their first order of $50 or more, and pays for the order on time, a check for $25 will be mailed to you from Avon! The amount of $25 checks you receive for new sign ups is unlimited until you reach the Leadership title of Advanced Unit Leader.

With the Jump Start program, listed in the Sales Leadership tab on youravon.com, you can earn up to $8,800 in bonuses. Plus, up to 20 leads of interested Avon recruits, and gain 25 extra representatives in your downline from “nested” reps that do not currently have an upline.
