You will be rewarded with cumulative Stars to collect fantastic awards as you continue to build your business and your team through 2014. Even as you “redeem” your Stars, you still have credit for those Stars for bigger awards! Avon wants you to dream big, shoot for the starts and have fun with your Avon business.

Avon Star Program Timeline

The Avon Star Award program runs from Campaign 16 through the end of the year, Campaign 26.

Earning Stars

Avon representatives will earn stars through personal sales, adding new representatives to their team, and helping others achieve leadership by sharing their Avon story and starting their own downline.

Plan Your Stars

In the Avon Star Award Portal, you can view the catalog of rewards, and create a Dream Board. Go ahead and get started! The rewards are so exciting, and selecting what you want from each Breakthrough level is the start of the fun. Set your Dream Board, and visit it often to motivate you to reach your dreams!

Each Campaign, review your Dream Board, and the stars you have collected. Find your highest goal, look at how many more stars you need, and divide that by the number of Campaigns left for an average of how many stars you need each Campaign. Plan out what you will do to reach that goal!
