Avon Leadership Tips: Second Order Email

When you have new Avon representatives sign up, it is important to keep in touch as he/she learns this new business. Within 24 hours of sing up, be sure to send your new rep a Welcome Email.

Within 2-3 days of the new rep’s first 8 order due dates, I send a reminder email of the order date. Each email I send out contains tips and tricks for becoming a successful Avon Representative. I previously posted the First Order Email.

Here is an example of my Second Order email, feel free to use mine or your own or make changes to make it personal to yourself and your new representative:

Congratulations Renee! Your 2nd Avon order is coming up! (Friday)

I hope your customer base is expanding with referrals and that you’re telling everyone you know about the awesome opportunity Avon can offer them too! By doing this of course you can be on your way to Recruitment Bonuses up to $35 per person, advancement bonuses, NEW UL Advancement of $725 and residual income!
Remember consistent activity will = consistent income! Power of 3! Reaching out to 3 people a day everyday can bring you 21 new potential customers and recruit contacts a week!

You have your very own sign up URL for signing up Avon recruits! Of course, you can send recruits to www.startavon.com for them to start their own Avon business, but they HAVE to remember to use your Avon Referral code to be added to your team. Or, send them your unique URL for sign up, and your Avon Referral code will automatically populate!
Example:
My Avon eRep store is: www.youravon.com/reneemoreau
My Referral code is: reneemoreau
Just replace your code in place of mine!

Great Facebook Groups to Join:
1.     Makeup Marketing Online – This group is led by Emily Seagren. Emily was one of the first Avon Leaders I began to follow a couple of years ago, and boy has she taught me a lot! She has a great knowledge of online marketing and recruiting. Plus, Emily Seagren was just recognized as the 2015 Avon Woman of Enterprise! 
2.      Onward No Matter What! - Creators Molly Stone-Bibb and Lee Bibb are very active in what is new and happening in Avon. Molly has a reputation for having a big personally with big hair – straight-forward, likable, and positive! Do not be negative or disrespectful, this group is supportive and looks for solutions, and you will be “POOFED” off the page if you are not following the rules! No question is too big or too small, and this is a well-established group of motivated reps.
3.     Monday Morning Madness - if you are an Avon rep and you do not know who Lisa Wilber is…look up Lisa Wilber!  Creator of The Winner in You, Lisa is a MILLIONARE Avon rep who has been in the business since 1981. This group discusses all things direct sales and network marketing, and Lisa is one of the best in all of direct sales, not just Avon! No whining allowed in this group! Lisa knows how to work hard to earn, and have fun doing it, and she is a wealth of knowledge.
  1. MontAVON Climbers - Linda Marie Hoekel Montavon created this group for a place for all Avon reps to share photos, promotions, events, tips, inspiration to provide guidance and support for a growing and lucrative Avon home based business. Anyone can share ideas and advice.
During your order week, payments for the last order must be paid before you place your new order. To avoid a late fee please place your order on time & don't forget your brochures/samples to keep your store up and running! As a reminder: Payments can be made right online with the MY ACCT TAB - PAY AVON OR can be called in to 1-513-551-2866 on Fast talk. Say your Account # then make a payment. Have your card ready and speak your payment or you can make your payment at the Youravon.com with your credit or debit card or Quickpay if you have signed up. Remember, its key to:
1.      Pass out all your brochures to friend's family and associates. (Use your books wisely & recycle them)
2.      Get phone numbers and ask for referrals. Use the 10% referral system.
3.      ALWAYS make your call backs (95% of your business will be your phone callbacks) REMEMBER CUSTOMERS HOLD YOUR PAYCHECK! Tell everyone you meet about your AVON biz! If your Mouth is open; your store is Open. If your mouth is closed; your store is closed!
4.      Start or continue to refresh your Online Training if you haven't already at www.youravon.com Go to Avon University & explore!
5.      KEEP A POSITIVE ATTITUDE! Noah didn't build the arc overnight; it may take some time but be sure to put in your best effort! IT’S WORTH IT!
