about starting Avon Leadership? Now is a great time with the new Avon Leads
Management Application, ALMA! ALMA will deliver leads to you! You will receive
information on prospect who have shown interest in starting a business, and
after taking the ALMA classes from the Avon University, you will be prepared to
work with these leads to convert them to Avon representatives on your team!
Who can use Lead Share
with ALMA?
Unit Leaders and above
will be able to qualify for using Lead Share. To be a Unit Leader, you will
need at least 3 team member orders, have personal sales of $200, and team sales
of $1,200 or more.
How do Unit Leaders
qualify to use Lead Share with ALMA?
To qualify for Lead
Share, the Unit Leader should have 2 recruits every 3 campaigns and maintain
your Leadership status. Complete all the required classes on the Avon
University: ALMA, Lead Share Program, and Leads Conversion Success, and opt in
on the Lead Manager found in your profile on the My Account tab on
youravon.com.
