Leadership offers more titles, simpler qualifiers, and greater opportunity for
you to be recognized and earn more! Whether you are a new Representative, new
to Sales Leadership, or already an existing Sales Leader, you have a way to
earn during the 'Get Fit' period (C7-C19, 2015). Read more and check out the

How do you achieve the
incentive?
Avon Representatives
will receive product and cash awards for recruiting qualifying New
Representatives in their first generation during the incentive period. Qualifying
New Representatives are new Avon Representatives who place a first order of
$100 or more, and pay on time during the incentive period. Reinstatements will
now count for this incentive.
What are the incentive Awards?
The Get Fit Product
Bundle
Avon Award Checks
How do I qualify for the incentive Awards?
Avon Representatives
will receive the Get Fit Product Bundle for recruiting their
first Qualifying New Representative.
Avon Representative will
receive a $35 Award Check for each subsequent Qualifying New
Representative during the incentive period.
